Our cottage is available for rental all year round (it's winterized
with electric heating and 2 fan-assisted, wood-burning fireplaces if
you're interested in spending some time in beautiful Kentucky
during any season).
Non-Event Pricing:1st floor - $130/night + Taxes & Fees 2nd floor - $130/night + Taxes & Fees 3rd floor - $110/night + Taxes & Fees All 3 floors - $351.50/night + Taxes & Fees

Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage but is fine anywhere outside.
Changes:
We reserve the right to
change our published rates with no prior notice. (Of course, any
bookings for which we have received the deposit in full will remain at
the originally agreed rates!) No re-leasing or subleasing. No exceptions.
